Quantum Leaps is seeking a courteous and proactive Receptionist cum Telecaller to manage front-desk operations and handle student enquiry calls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive first impression, managing enquiries, and supporting the admissions process through effective communication and follow-ups.
Welcome students, parents, and visitors professionally and manage front-desk activities.
Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
Provide accurate information regarding courses, admissions, fees, and services.
Follow up on enquiries generated through walk-ins, calls, and online platforms.
Schedule counseling sessions and appointments for academic counselors.
Maintain and update enquiry registers, call logs, and follow-up records.
Assist the admissions team during enrollment and peak admission periods.
Perform basic administrative tasks including data entry and documentation.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and professional at all times.
Achieve assigned calling targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Minimum qualification: Any graduate.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Tamil and basic English (Hindi is an added advantage).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling).
Experience in telecalling, reception, or education sector is an added advantage.
