Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner
Handle incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department
Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean reception area
Maintain visitor logs and courier/dispatch records
Provide basic administrative and office coordination support
Assist with meeting room scheduling and arrangements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Experience: 6 months to 2 years as a Receptionist or Front Desk Executive
Good communication skills in English and local language
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email)
Professional appearance and positive attitude
