Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner 😊
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries and redirect them to the appropriate department
Maintain the front desk area and ensure it is neat and presentable
Manage visitor entries and maintain records/log books
Coordinate with internal teams for meetings and visitor appointments
Handle courier services (sending and receiving) 📦
Provide basic administrative and office support
Assist HR/admin team whenever required
Maintain office supplies and inform the team when stock is low
