📍 Location: Borivali West, Mumbai
💼 Job Type: Full-Time
🕘 Timing: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday
💼 Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist students, clients, visitors, and guests.
Manage the reception area and maintain a professional environment.
Handle calls, emails, and student queries.
Manage student post-admission activities such as Examination, Welcome Letters, PDF Books, etc.
Maintain admission, examination, and result-related records.
Perform Excel, Word, email, editing, and backend administrative work.
Assist colleagues with administrative and HR-related tasks.
Maintain confidentiality of official and student information.
🎯 Skills Required
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Email.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Self-motivated and responsible.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work on-call when required.
