📅 Working Days: 6 Days a Week
⏰ Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Overview

We are seeking a well-presented and empathetic Receptionist with prior experience in a hard-core IVF Centre. The candidate should be experienced in handling patient coordination, appointments, and front-desk operations in a fertility clinic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing front desk operations and patient reception

• Scheduling and confirming patient appointments

• Handling patient queries with sensitivity and professionalism

• Coordinating with doctors, nurses, and lab staff

• Maintaining patient records and documentation

• Managing billing coordination and basic administrative tasks

• Ensuring a welcoming and confidential environment for patients

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in an IVF / Fertility Centre (Mandatory)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Polite, empathetic, and patient-focused approach

• Knowledge of IVF procedures and clinic workflow preferred

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office / Clinic Software)

• Well-groomed and professional demeanor
