Job Title: Receptionist
Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk and handle administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a pleasant personality.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes
Handle incoming and outgoing mail/couriers
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Provide basic information to clients and visitors
Schedule appointments and meetings
Assist in administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and record keeping
Coordinate with different departments as required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Any degree or equivalent qualification
Good communication skills (verbal & written)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email)
Pleasant personality and professional appearance
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
Experience:
2 - 4 years of experience in a similar role
