Receptionist
Location: Mahape,
Mumbai Experience: 0–1 Year Salary:
Job Description: We are looking for a friendly and well-presented Receptionist to manage the front desk and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a professional attitude while interacting with visitors and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the reception area and greet visitors in a professional manner
• Handle incoming calls and direct them to the concerned departments
• Maintain visitor records and coordinate with internal teams
• Assist with basic administrative and office support tasks
• Manage incoming and outgoing courier and mail
• Ensure the reception area is clean and organized Requirements:
• Graduate or equivalent qualification
• 0–1 year of experience in reception or front desk (Freshers can also apply)
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Presentable personality with a professional attitude
