Key Responsibilities
* Imperial Guest Welcome: Greet every customer with warmth, handle swift check-ins/check-outs, and verify guest IDs and payment methods.
* Personalized Service: Actively listen to guest needs to provide customized food recommendations or room arrangements (e.g., Netflix-enabled TV setup or garden view preferences).
* Concierge & Local Guide: Assist guests with local travel info, taxi bookings, and advice on nearby Nagpur attractions like Deekshabhoomi or the Airport.
* Operational Excellence: Manage online and telephonic reservations, update the Property Management System (PMS), and process accurate billing.
* Departmental Liaison: Coordinate closely with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure rooms are spotless and amenities like AC and Wi-Fi are functioning perfectly.
* Complaint Resolution: Handle any guest concerns with speed and empathy, turning challenges into positive experiences.
