Greet and assist walk-in visitors and students
Handle incoming calls and route them appropriately
Maintain visitor and enquiry records
Manage front-desk cleanliness and presentation
Handle basic administrative and documentation tasks
Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Google Sheets)
Professional and presentable attitude
Ability to multitask and manage front-desk activities
