Dr. Sharda Ayurveda is looking for a responsible, well-organized, and patient-friendly Receptionist / Ayurvedic Pharmacist to manage front-desk operations, assist patients, and handle Ayurvedic medicines and pharmacy-related responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Patient Management

• Welcome patients and visitors warmly and professionally.

• Manage appointments, patient registrations, and follow-up schedules.

• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and patient queries.

• Maintain patient records and coordinate consultations.

• Manage billing, payments, and basic administrative tasks.

Ayurvedic Pharmacy Management

• Dispense Ayurvedic medicines as prescribed by the doctor.

• Maintain medicine stock, inventory records, and expiry-date checks.

• Ensure proper storage, organization, and handling of medicines.

• Assist patients with medicine availability and prescribed dosage instructions.

• Coordinate with doctors regarding prescriptions and medicine requirements.

• Maintain pharmacy cleanliness and follow applicable safety and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in a clinic, hospital, or Ayurvedic pharmacy will be an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing or appointment software.

• Ability to manage patients and multiple tasks efficiently.

• A polite, professional, and patient-focused attitude.

• Knowledge of Hindi and English; additional local-language skills are a plus.
