Role Summary

Thermofriz Product Company is seeking a responsible and efficient Personal Assistant cum Operations Executive to support management and handle daily operational activities. This role requires strong coordination skills, Excel-based quotation preparation, regular follow-ups, and telecalling with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

·         Assist management with day-to-day tasks, scheduling, and follow-ups

·         Prepare quotations, reports, and data sheets using MS Excel

·         Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments

·         Handle telecalling for customer follow-ups, confirmations, and support

·         Maintain accurate records, documentation, and office data

·         Support sales and operations-related activities as required

Key Skills & Requirements

·         Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (quotations, reports, basic formulas)

·         Experience in follow-ups, coordination, and office operations

·         Telecalling experience with professional communication skills

·         Good command of English & Hindi (verbal & written)

·         Basic Maths proficiency for calculations and accuracy

Eligibility Criteria

·         Graduate or 12th Pass (preferred)

·         Graduates or candidates currently pursuing studies are welcome

·         Minimum 1–      2 years of relevant work experience
