Job Description :

Event Management and Fashion Technology organization is seeking a professional and highly organized Personal Assistant / Virtual Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant / Personal Secretary to support the leadership team. The ideal candidate will do event management, fashion models coordination, ecommerce photoshoot and modelling agency coordination. Candidates who are aspiring fashion models or who have past experience in fashion or glamour or modelling industry or events management industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements virtually.

· Handle professional correspondence, documentation, and client coordination.

· Support event management in fashion domain, fashion models coordination, ecommerce photoshoot and modelling agency work coordination.

· Maintain confidentiality and ensure timely task execution.

Requirements

• Looking for a good candidate who can very well perform all the duties and responsibilities of VPA/PA/PS/EA/PR and who are from fashion or modelling or events or similar industry will be preferred.

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Secretary, Personal Secretary, Personal Assistant, or Virtual Assistant.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively

• It is a Full Time రిసెప్షనిస్ట్ job for candidates with 0 - 5 years of experience.
