Job Description

Support the CEO in daily operations, strategic coordination, executive communication, and cross-functional follow-up to ensure timely execution of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate CEO's daily priorities and meetings.

- Prepare MoMs, reports, and presentations.

- Draft official communications and management notices.

- Track action items and follow up with departments.

- Coordinate with all departments.

- Maintain confidential documents and executive records.

- Monitor strategic projects and provide status updates.

Skills Required

- Strong communication and coordination skills.

- Analytical and problem-solving ability.

- MS Office and Google Workspace proficiency.

- Knowledge of CRM/ERP tools is preferred.

- Time management and attention to detail.
