Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, trustworthy, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with a confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments of clients, meetings.
Drafting of mail, and other client’s story, other personal things etc.
Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external clients.
Handle client follow up and appointment
Prepare briefing materials and meeting agendas; take accurate minutes and follow up on action items.
Manage confidential relationship and documents and ensure secure filing systems.
Run personal errands and handle personal matters and close to boss and other works as required
Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls promptly.
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and document handling
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant or others.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong time-management, organization, and multitasking skills.
Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Professional demeanour and strong interpersonal skills.
Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree preferred); secretarial training is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in handling drafting and calendar management.
Familiarity with office gadgets and applications.
Prior experience in office, legal, or executive environment is a plus.
