Manage calls, messages, emails, and daily communication.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and follow-ups.
Maintain the daily schedule and calendar of the senior/manager.
Attend meetings and prepare notes or action points when required.
Coordinate with employees, clients, and other departments.
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
Maintain important documents, records, and reports.
Assist management with day-to-day administrative and personal tasks.
Handle confidential information professionally.
Provide regular updates to the management regarding important tasks and meetings.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and basic Excel.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and handle work under deadlines.
Professional attitude and presentable personality.
Good English communication skills.
Should be responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
