📌 Work Mode: Work From Home / Office / Hybrid
📌 Flexible Working Hours: Part-time / Full-time / Weekend options available

📌 Role Responsibilities:

• Recruitment of New Insurance Advisors (NLA)
• Recruitment of Life Planners and Senior Life Planners
• Team coordination and candidate support

📌 Company Support:

• Calling data/leads will be provided
• Complete training and work guidance will be provided
• Regular support for recruitment and team handling activities

📌 Training Process:

For training purposes, you will be required to discuss the opportunity with a minimum of 100 candidates from a sales background using the resumes/data provided by us.

This activity is important to understand the recruitment process, communication flow, and candidate handling system.

💼 Income Opportunities

🔹 Option 1 – Performance-Based Income

• 2 Recruitments → ₹12,000
• 4 Recruitments → ₹32,000
• 6 Recruitments → ₹60,000
• 8 Recruitments → ₹96,000

🔹 Option 2 – Team Leader of Tele-callers/Recruiters

A) Fixed Income: ₹30,000 per month

• Build and manage your own Recruiters/Tele-callers team
• Target: 2 self-recruitments + recruitments through team performance

B) Fixed Income: ₹40,000 per month

• Build and manage your own Recruiters/Tele-callers team
• Target: 2 self-recruitments + 8 recruitments through team performance

Recruitment Activation Income (2.25 Lac Premium Business):

• 2 Recruitments → ₹32,000
• 4 Recruitments → ₹1,37,000
• 6 Recruitments → ₹2,29,500
• 8 Recruitments → ₹3,21,000

⚠️ Payouts will be applicable only after successful completion of minimum 2.00 Lac Premium business by recruited Insurance Advisors.

💳 All payments and incentives are released on or before the 12th of every month after verification and approval.
