We are looking for a Personal Assistant for our client . As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organization/business premises. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail and forwarding phone calls. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are directed correctly.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.
Vendor coordination and general administrative support
Supporting events and other coordination requirements as needed
Handling day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth functioning and follow-through
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery supplies.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Update calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel accommodations.
Perform administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records.
