Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to senior management. The candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle communication, and assist in daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the daily schedule and calendar of the senior manager.
Arrange and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
Prepare reports, documents, and presentations when required.
Organize and maintain office files and confidential records.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and staff members.
Manage travel arrangements including tickets and hotel bookings.
Assist in daily administrative tasks and office management.
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle confidential information
Professional attitude and problem-solving skills
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline
Basic computer knowledge required
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrative Assistant preferred
Experience:
1–3 years experience preferred (Freshers can also apply)
