We are looking for a personal assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organization/business premises. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail and forwarding phone calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are directed correctly.
Candidate should have pleasing personality and business etiquette.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.
Help in Business Development, reporting to the director
Travelling for business meeting
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery supplies.
Update calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel accommodations.
Perform administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Minimum Qualification 12th Other required He/She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.
