Job Description

GENIEESTATE PVT LTD is looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to support senior management with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily schedules, meetings, and appointments.

• Handle phone calls, emails, and client communication professionally.

• Maintain files, records, and important business documents.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes.

• Coordinate with team members, clients, and business partners.

• Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.

• Assist in office management and administrative activities.

• Arrange travel, meetings, and other official requirements when needed.

• Maintain confidentiality of company information.

• Perform additional tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Google Workspace.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Professional attitude with a positive personality.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

• Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or Admin Executive is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualification

• Minimum: 12th Pass

• Graduate candidates will be preferred.

Working Hours

• 8 Hours per Day

• Weekly Off: Any One Day / 4 Offs Per Month
