Position: Personal Assistant
Department: Administration / Executive Support

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and handle appointments.
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
Draft, review, and send professional correspondence and emails.
Maintain and organize files, documents, and confidential information.
Handle phone calls, messages, and follow-ups efficiently.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes as required.
Liaise with internal departments and external contacts on behalf of the executive.
Assist in daily administrative tasks and personal errands when needed.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint )
