We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to Manager. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role requires discretion, reliability, and exceptional communication skills.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize appointments.
Handle correspondence (emails, calls, letters) and respond on behalf of the executive when required.
Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Manage personal tasks including errands, shopping, and scheduling personal appointments.
Liaise with internal staff, clients, and external partners.
Monitor deadlines and ensure follow-ups on delegated tasks and projects.
Provide support for events and meetings, including logistics and minute-taking.
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
