We are looking for a Personal Assistant to join our team at Crescent Creations to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will run personal errands, documentation and filing, government office runs, home repairs etc. Besides this, you will also handle HR tasks like managing staff and hiring staff whenever required. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 and growth opportunities with bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist vendors and staff they as required.
Answer, screen, and hire professionals.
Update calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel accommodations.
Perform administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and maintaining documents.
Run any big or small errands as required.
Have good contacts in government offices and maintain communication.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritise tasks. She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.
