About the Role:
We are looking to hire a reliable, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant / Personal Support Coordinator who can work closely with the management team and support day-to-day business operations.
The ideal candidate should be responsible, punctual, detail-oriented, and capable of managing coordination, follow-ups, schedules, documentation, and regular workflow support. This role requires someone who can take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure that important work does not get delayed or missed.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily tasks, reminders, calendars, and schedules
Handle emails, calls, and day-to-day coordination
Assist in meeting coordination, travel planning, and documentation
Track pending work and follow up with the concerned people regularly
Maintain proper workflow, records, and task organization
Coordinate with internal team members, external parties, clients, and vendors when required
Support management in routine operational and administrative work
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks with proper communication
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
Good typing speed with accuracy
Strong communication and coordination skills
Good follow-up skills
Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Basic email and documentation handling skills
Should be organized and comfortable working closely with management
Added Advantage:
Basic knowledge of financial services
Understanding of the stock market, investment industry, mutual funds, or wealth management
Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Admin Executive, Office Coordinator, or Personal Assistant
