Executive Calendar & Schedule Management: Efficiently organize, coordinate, and maintain the President's daily appointments, professional high-level business meetings, and personal engagements to prevent schedule conflicts. Communication Link: Act as the primary gatekeeper and point of contact for the President's office. Draft professional emails, letters, and memos; field calls and route inquiries smoothly. Travel & Logistics Coordination:
Plan and arrange comprehensive travel itineraries for the President, including booking transport, accommodations, and managing documentation. Documentation & Organization: Maintain safe custody of physical and digital records, organize confidential executive files, and perform basic database management or documentation support.
Administrative Assistance:
Handle day-to-day administrative errands, track expense receipts, compile minor expense reports for the President's office, and procure necessary supplies. REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES • •
Educational Qualifications: Graduate degree in any discipline. Candidates with a strong grasp of professional communication will be preferred.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in spoken and written English and Hindi is critical for daily internal and external communication.
Technical Proficiency: Competence in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email systems (Outlook/Gmail), and instant messaging tools.
Organizational Skills:
Exceptional time-management abilities, capability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and execute them under minimal supervision.
Confidentiality:
Utmost professional integrity to handle highly confidential corporate data with strict discretion.
