Job Title: Executive Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the CEO. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the CEO’s calendar and meetings.

• Handle emails, travel, and correspondence.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.

• Track tasks and ensure timely follow-ups.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and multitask effectively.
