• Excel is Your Friend: You are comfortable with Google Sheets. You know how to use filters, sort data, and create basic pivots.

• Digital Native: You know the difference between a "Lead" and a "Customer." You understand how agencies work.

• Organized & Assertive: You are not afraid to follow up with people multiple times to get the job done.

• Tech-Savvy: You learn new software (like Slack, Trello, or CRM tools) quickly.

• Education: Graduate in any field (Marketing/BBA/B.Tech preferred).
