Key Responsibilities
• Manage Director’s schedule, meetings, calls and appointments.
• Assist with digital marketing, social media and content planning.
• Coordinate with clients, editors, designers and marketing teams.
• Follow up on projects, deadlines and deliverables.
• Handle basic documentation, research and administrative work.
• Assist with travel arrangements and meetings when required.
• Maintain confidentiality and represent the company professionally.
• Maintain confidentiality and build a strong, trustworthy professional relationship with the Director.
• Be a close, trusted companion to the Director, understanding his personal and professional needs.
• Share a comfortable, supportive and positive bond beyond routine work.
• Maintain trust, loyalty, respect and confidentiality in the relationship.
