Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office administrative operations
Handle documentation, filing, and record maintenance
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
Manage office supplies and inventory
Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
Support HR/admin-related coordination tasks
Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities

Good communication and coordination skills
