Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Executive to handle day-to-day administrative and office operations activities. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in office administration and be comfortable with company work timings and location.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day office administrative operations

Handle documentation, filing, and record maintenance

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors

Manage office supplies and inventory

Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars

Support HR/admin-related coordination tasks

Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3 to 6 years of relevant experience in administration/office operations

Good communication and coordination skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Well-organized and responsible

Immediate joiners preferred

Must be comfortable with office location and work timings
