Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily office operations and administrative tasks across multiple locations
Travel to regional offices, client sites, or project locations as required
Manage office schedules, meetings, and appointments, including travel logistics
Support HR and administrative tasks such as onboarding, documentation, and record-keeping
Maintain office supplies and coordinate procurement for different locations
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal departments
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and basic data entry tasks
Ensure consistent office standards, cleanliness, and operational efficiency across locations
Handle ad-hoc coordination tasks that require presence at different sites.
