Position: Office Administrator
We’re looking for an Office Administrator who keeps the office running smoothly and understands what’s happening beyond the desk.
This role combines daily office management with basic logistics coordination. You’ll be the person who makes sure everything is in place, nothing is missing, and all moving parts stay aligned.
What you’ll be doing:
– Managing day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
– Ensuring the office is fully organized, stocked, and running efficiently
– Handling orders, supplies, and internal documentation
– Coordinating incoming and outgoing materials / shipments
– Communicating with suppliers, logistics partners and internal team
– Tracking deliveries and making sure nothing gets lost or delayed
– Keeping processes clear, structured, and under control
– Taking care of clients (offering coffee, water, etc.)
What we expect from you:
– Basic knowledge or education in logistics
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills
– Attention to detail and a sense of responsibility
– Ability to take ownership of daily operations
– Good English communication skills
Nice to have:
– Previous experience in office administration or logistics
– Experience with spreadsheets or tracking systems
