Functional Skills & Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for designing, maintaining, and monitoring end-to-end process flowcharts across all business operations to ensure smooth and systematic workflow.

• Defines and documents each step of the workflow clearly, ensuring that tasks are completed within the specified timelines and aligned with organizational objectives.

• Coordinates with multiple departments and stakeholders to share accurate and relevant information at every stage of the workflow.

• Acts as a central point of communication to ensure clarity, transparency, and consistency among team members involved in the process.

• Tracks progress of assigned tasks and follows up with concerned teams to avoid delays or bottlenecks in execution.

• Ensures that all processes are followed as per defined flowcharts and supports teams in resolving process-related issues.

• Maintains proper documentation and updates flowcharts/process notes whenever changes are required.

• Helps management by providing process status updates and workflow insights for better decision-making

• It is a Full Time రిసెప్షనిస్ట్ job for candidates with 5 - 6+ years Experience.
