This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are eager to learn and grow professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily office coordination and administrative tasks.
Manage calls, WhatsApp communication, and email handling professionally.
Coordinate with staff members and take regular follow-ups on assigned tasks.
Coordinate with clients regarding updates, requirements, and follow-ups.
Maintain client records, documents, and office data properly.
Update Excel sheets, reports, and daily work records.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and follow-up reminders.
Support smooth day-to-day office operations.
Help maintain a disciplined and organized office environment.
Requirements:
Good verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi.
Ability to handle calls and client coordination confidently.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Workspace tools.
WhatsApp & Email handling skills.
Strong follow-up and multitasking ability.
Organized, responsible, and team-oriented nature.
Basic computer knowledge is a must.
