Key Responsibilities:
Provide desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral support.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and software.
Handle user account management in Active Directory and Microsoft 365/Google Workspace (basic level).
Troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity, network devices, and internet-related issues.
Install and configure antivirus software and ensure endpoint security compliance.
Provide first-level support for hardware, software, email, and VPN issues.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and warranty claims.
Maintain IT asset inventory
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi).
Basic knowledge of Active Directory and user management.
Familiarity with printers, scanners, and desktop/laptop troubleshooting.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and support end users efficiently.
