Key Responsibilities

· Parent & Student Engagement: Build strong, positive relationships with parents and students; address queries professionally and em pathetically.

· Admissions & Enquiries: Manage end-to-end admissions, walk-in/phone enquiries, and student enrolments.

· Faculty Coordination: Partner with dance faculty to monitor student progress, attendance, and overall well-being.

· Studio Operations: Organise student records, maintain administrative documentation, and support school events, workshops, and recitals.

· Data Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding student records, parent contact details, fee structures, and internal studio operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

· Candidate Preference: Female candidates preferred.

· Educational Background: English medium background preferred.

· Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali (both verbal and written).

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Child Development, Counselings, or a related field preferred.

· Work Schedule: Must be available to work on Saturdays and Sundays (a fixed day off is provided on a weekday).

· Location & Commute: Nearby candidates residing in or around Rashbehari / Kalighat, Kolkata are strongly preferred.

· Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.

· Skills & Attributes: Presentable, empathetic, organized, with basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and email communication. High level of integrity regarding data privacy and confidentiality.
