We are looking for a Admin executive to join our company Alpha Forge Pvt. Ltd. to manage the given process for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and maintain quotations, estimates, and related documents.
• Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up with suppliers and vendors.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, production, stores, and dispatch departments to collect work status and updates.
• Maintain records of orders, deliveries, and internal communications.
• Handle basic admin and accounting work such as:
o Invoice preparation and checking
o Entry of bills, expenses, and payments
o Maintaining petty cash records
• Assist in maintaining office files, documents, and data records (physical and digital).
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams through email and phone.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
