We are looking for a Hotel receptionist to join our team, Kleeo Kitchen & Bar to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the Hotel premises. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail and phone calls. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are directed correctly.
Answer, screen phone calls professionally.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery supplies.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Update calendars, schedule meetings.
Perform administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 10 th Pass and 0-6 months. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.
