2. ⁠Job Profile & Responsibilities
Front Desk Management
* Welcoming and attending patients courteously
* Managing patient registrations and appointments
* Coordinating walk-ins and scheduled consultations
* Handling incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and basic patient queries
Patient Coordination
* Assisting patients with consultation flow and follow-ups
* Coordinating with doctors, counsellors, laboratory, ultrasound, and therapy teams
* Maintaining patient confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Billing & Administrative Work
* Preparing bills, receipts, and payment entries
* Managing daily cash/card/UPI records
* Maintaining files, consent forms, and clinic documentation
Digital & Communication Support
* Sending reminders for appointments and follow-ups
* Assisting with Google reviews and patient feedback collection
* Coordinating basic social media or promotional communication if required
Clinic Operations
* Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of reception area
* Coordinating with housekeeping and vendors when needed
* Ensuring smooth patient experience at the clinic
Terms & Conditions
* Initial probation period: [3months]
* Employment may be terminated by either side with [30] days’ notice during employment.
* Confidential clinic and patient information must not be disclosed under any circumstances.
