We are looking for a smart, polite, and enthusiastic Front Office Executive to join our growing micro hotel.

Salary: ₹10,000-12,000 per month (Performance appraisal after probation)

Preferred Candidates:

Hotel Management graduate or fresher
Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English
Friendly, well-groomed, and customer-focused
Basic computer knowledge

Responsibilities:

Guest check-in and check-out
Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, and online bookings
Manage social platforms
Assist guests professionally
Coordinate with housekeeping
Maintain reception records and daily reports
