Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Office Receptionist to manage guest check-ins, handle reservations, and provide excellent service to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner
Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
Manage room reservations, bookings, and cancellations
Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries
Maintain guest records and update system data
Handle guest complaints and provide quick resolutions
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
Manage billing, payments, and basic cashier duties
Requirements:
Good communication skills (English required)
Presentable personality and professional behavior
Basic computer knowledge (hotel software preferred)
Ability to handle pressure and multitask
Willingness to work in shifts
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of hotel management software (PMS)
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
