Front Office Executive (Hotel Reception) – Freshers Welcome

Salary: ₹16,000–₹17,000 per month (In-hand)
Performance Incentive: Earn up to ₹3,000 extra every month based on performance.

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, well-spoken, and customer-friendly Front Office Executive to join our team. If you have good English communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and enjoy interacting with people, we will train you in our hotel management software (PMS).

Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude.

• Handle guest check-in and check-out.

• Answer phone calls and assist guests with bookings and enquiries.

• Manage room reservations and guest records. Perform Check In, Check Outs and Billing.

• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready.

• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.

• Handle billing, payments, and basic cash transactions.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.

• Manage Online Reservations.

Requirements

• Graduate preferred.

• Good spoken English is essential.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet).

• Hotel software (PMS) experience is not required—complete training will be provided.

• Pleasant personality with excellent customer service skills.

• Honest, punctual, and responsible.

• Willing to work in rotational shifts (Only for Males).
