We are looking for a Hostess to join our team, Kleeo Kitchen and Bar, to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the Hotel premises. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling front-desk tasks, including managing mail and forwarding phone calls. The position offers a good salary and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are directed correctly.

• Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.

• Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery supplies.

• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is a minimum 12th pass and 0 to 6 months. Other required skills include proficiency in computer management, multitasking, and time management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in verbal communication.
