హోటల్ రిసెప్షనిస్ట్

The Resort Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in creating a warm, smooth, and welcoming stay experience. This role involves handling check-ins and check-outs, guest coordination, basic reservations, and daily front desk operations for a 12-room resort.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures

• Handle room allocations, guest records, and basic billing

• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness

• Answer guest queries and assist with local information and requests

• Manage phone calls, messages, and basic email/OTA communication

• Ensure front desk area is clean, calm, and well-organised

• Handle payments (cash, UPI, cards if applicable) and issue receipts

• Report any guest issues or property concerns to management

• Maintain guest privacy and follow resort policies

Requirements

• Prior experience in hospitality or front desk roles preferred

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi (local language a plus)

• Basic computer skills (billing software / OTA dashboards an advantage)

• Pleasant personality with a service-oriented mindset

• Ability to multitask and stay composed during busy hours

Working Hours

• Shift-based (including weekends and holidays as per occupancy)
