Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival

Manage table reservations and walk-in guests efficiently

Escort guests to their tables and present menus

Maintain an organized seating plan to optimize table turnover

Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth guest flow

Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and waiting lists professionally

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception/waiting area

Assist in managing peak hour rush and guest expectations

Ensure high standards of customer service at all times
