Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist them with seating arrangements.
Manage restaurant reservations and waiting lists efficiently.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow and table management.
Maintain a positive first impression of the restaurant through professional grooming and communication.
Assist guests with basic menu information and restaurant queries.
Handle guest concerns politely and escalate issues to the management when required.
Ensure the reception and waiting area are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Coordinate with restaurant staff to optimize seating and guest satisfaction.
Maintain proper communication with guests regarding waiting time and table availability.
