Pay: ₹15, 000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Work Location : In person (Locals And Female Preferred)
To provide efficient, courteous, and professional front office services to guests, ensuring a positive first impression and high levels of guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Allocate rooms as per reservation and guest preferences.
Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
Manage reservations via phone, email, OTAs, and walk-ins.
Update guest details, room status, and billing in the Property Management System (PMS).
Coordinate room availability with housekeeping.
Prepare guest folios accurately and post all charges.
Handle cash, card, and online payments as per hotel policy.
Maintain cash float, shift reports, and billing records.
Attend to guest requests, feedback, and complaints promptly.
Coordinate with other departments for quick issue resolution.
Ensure guest satisfaction and service recovery when required.
Act as a liaison between guests and internal departments.
Maintain guest messages, mail, and courier services.
Ensure proper shift handover and daily reporting.
Follow hotel safety, security, and emergency procedures.
Maintain guest confidentiality and data privacy.
Report incidents and irregularities to management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving ability.
Knowledge of PMS (Opera, IDS, or similar systems).
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
1–3 years of experience in hotel front office (freshers may apply).
Knowledge of local language and English (additional languages are an advantage).
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Professional grooming and adherence to hotel standards.
