Hotel Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall day-to-day hotel operations.

• Supervise and coordinate all hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance.

• Ensure high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction.

• Handle guest queries, complaints, and resolve issues professionally.

• Manage, train, and motivate hotel staff.

• Prepare staff schedules and monitor employee performance.

• Monitor hotel cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and maintenance standards.

• Manage room occupancy, reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.

• Monitor expenses, budgets, and daily operational requirements.

• Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.

• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety procedures, and applicable regulations.

• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports for management.

• Support business growth and improve hotel revenue and service quality.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Hotel Management or a similar managerial role.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong leadership and team-management abilities.

• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Knowledge of hotel operations and guest-service standards.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required.

• Candidates willing to travel or relocate, if required, will be preferred.
