Job Summary

Hotel Opulence Kalinga is looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Office Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) to deliver exceptional guest experiences and efficiently manage front office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests and ensure smooth check-in/check-out.
Handle room reservations, guest inquiries, and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest satisfaction.
Maintain front office records, billing, and daily reports.
Promote hotel rooms, banquet facilities, and guest services.

Required Skills

1–5 years of experience in hotel front office or guest relations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of hotel PMS, MS Office, and billing systems.
Pleasant personality with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Preferred: Experience in hotels, resorts, or hospitality industry with strong guest handling and upselling skills.
