Hospital Receptionist
We are looking for a professional, friendly, and well-organized Hospital Receptionist to manage the front desk and provide excellent support to patients and visitors. The candidate will be responsible for handling patient enquiries, appointments, registration, calls, and general administrative tasks while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients, attendants, and visitors.
Manage patient registration and appointment scheduling.
Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and messages professionally.
Maintain patient records and basic documentation.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff.
Guide patients regarding departments, consultation timings, and hospital services.
Handle billing or payment-related coordination when required.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Manage reception area and ensure smooth day-to-day front-desk operations.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Polite, patient, and professional attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and data entry).
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Previous hospital/clinic reception experience will be an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
