Key Responsibilities:
• Attend and counsel patients for hair and skin treatments
• Understand patient concerns and suggest suitable treatment plans
• Explain procedures, pricing, and expected results clearly
• Handle walk-ins, leads, and appointment consultations
• Maintain proper follow-ups with leads and existing clients
• Coordinate with doctors and therapists for smooth patient flow
• Maintain patient records and consultation details
Sales Responsibilities:
• Convert leads into treatments and achieve monthly targets
• Upsell and cross-sell treatments and packages
• Ensure high conversion ratio from consultations
• Follow up regularly to close pending leads
• Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business
Skills & Requirements:
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with target-driven approach
• Good understanding of hair and skin treatments
• Presentable and professional personality
• Ability to handle objections and close deals
• Basic knowledge of CRM / lead management
